San Andreas is a new venture in the Grand Theft Auto series. It has more cars, weapons, characters, missions, and gaming world than any of the other Grand Theft Auto's. San Andreas's game world is five times bigger than Vice City's. It consists of three massive cities: Los Santos (Los Angeles, California), San Fierro (San Fransisco, California), and Las Ventura (Las Vegas, Nevada). All the cities in San Andreas, like Vice City, are linked by bridges but, unlike Vice City, there is no pause or loading time while traveling on the bridges. In fact the only loading time is when going indoors or to the next mission, and even that is just a few seconds.  

          San Andreas also has tons of sub-missions: you can play basketball on many different courts located throught the cities, play pool (billiards) in different bars, compete in many races, turf wars, complete different tasks for different characters in the game, and much more; and lets not forget the usual ambulance, firefighting, taxi, and vigilante missions.
